3. User Accounts You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
4. IoT and Data Accuracy While our smart farm equipment is designed to help you make better decisions, E-Organics is not liable for crop loss or financial damages resulting from technical errors or unpredictable weather events. Data should be used as a guide, not a guarantee of yield.
5. Limitation of Liability E-Organics provides training “as is.” We are not responsible for the success or failure of your farm business after taking our courses.
